Facilitated Conversations
Nip conflict in the bud. Discuss the assumptions that have been made, reopen clear communication channels, and strengthen strained relationships with the assistance of an impartial person. It might involve the carers of your loved one, tradies on your building site or volunteers at your sports club. Step away with a better understanding of each other’s perspectives and what each needs to continue your relationship.

Mediation
Take part in a process which provides the time and space to stand and explore the the important issues between you and others, assisted by a neutral person - a mediator. What that process looks like is designed by the mediator through talking with and listening to you. The first agreement might be that mediation is how you want to attempt to resolve your dispute. The process attempts to build on that first agreement and the framework enhances the opportunity for resolution of the dispute. Mediation is usually confidential.

Elder Mediation
Take part in a process which provides the time and space to stand and explore the important issues between you and others, assisted by a neutral person. In Elder Mediation the older person’s needs are at the centre of the conversation and the process is designed to support their participation. Key topics often include health, home, finance, social network and caregivers.

Meeting Makeovers
Much of the conflict in groups comes from how and why we meet - a temporary place. Take some time to deconstruct a gathering or imagine a new gathering for the team you lead at work, the volunteers you organise or the committee you are part of. Take the time to reflect on your temporary place and harness the connections made, the collision of ideas and creativity of the gathering. This service is based on the ideas and concepts in Pryia Parker’s book The Art of Gathering: How We Meet and Why It Matters.
